It is easy to order from masmovies.com. You just need to click on the "Add to Shopping Cart" link on any page to add the VCD/DVD/Other Product (s) that you wish to buy.
1. Shopping Cart
There would be seven buttons in the shopping cart:
1) Continue Shopping - Click it if you would like to shop for more products.
2) Shipping Calculator - Click it to know you total shipping charge that is going to be charged for your parcel.
3) Update - Click it to change the quantity.
4) Greeting Card - Click it if you would like to send greeting card.
5) Gift Wrapper - Click it if you would like to select gift wrapper.
6) Proceed to Payment - Click it you would like to place your order.
7) Cancel - Click it if you would like to cancel the order.
2. Why I don't find "India" in the countries list for shipping?
As a policy we don't ship any of our Veenai products to India.
3. What is the cut of time for ordering?
The orders that are placed before 11.00 am will be processed the same working day. The orders which are placed after 11.00 am will be processed the following working day.


HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?                                                                                                     Go Top
You can track your order from the link "Track Order Status" in your personnel page (Click "Your Account" link in the top after registering yourself to view your personnel page). There are two options to track your orders.
1) Give your order number and press submit button.
2) By using date, you can select between dates, today or all date to check your order status.


HOW LONG WOULD IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?                                                                 Go Top
We normally ship your order the same day we receive your order (Orders placed after 11 AM will be shipped on the following day).
If the item is temporarily out of stock, it will take 2-4 working days (or longer) before we can process the order for shipment.
We will send a shipping confirmation e-mail to you shortly after your order is dispatched.
For delivery time, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
 
CAN I STILL MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER AFTER I COMPLETED THE CHECKOUT PROCESS?
No, once you have checked out, your order is considered final and you can't make any changes to it.

Select any one, by Album, Movies, Special Collections or Television Packages.
Type the search key word and press the search button to get the result.
Advance search
This search will help you to find an item by Album, Movies, Special Collections or Television Packages.
The searching criteria in advance search would contain more specific features such as Artist, Director, Year and ETC.

We emphasize on quality packaging to protect the discs from being damaged during delivery.
All ordered items will be packaged in their original packaging / jewel case / keep case.
All items are later inserted into hard cardboard boxes for extra protection.


WILL THERE BE DELAYS IN RECEIVING MY ORDERS?                                                                 Go Top
Sometimes your order may be delayed if the items are out of stock. You will be notified by e-mail.
Delivery may also be delayed due to customs clearance and other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.


HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS BACKORDERED?                                                                     Go Top
High demand items and/or obscure titles may not be available for immediate shipment.
We will automatically begin to search our alternate suppliers for new inventory.
If your item is on backorder, we will notify you via e-mail after 5 working days, with the approximate turnaround time noted.

No, once you have checked out, your order is considered final and you can't cancel your order.


CAN I RETURN A PURCHASED PRODUCT?                                                                                   Go Top

We don't accept any returns. Once the order is made it is final.



WHAT TO DO IF I RECEIVED A DAMAGED MERCHANDIZE?                                                         Go Top
All you need to do is return the damage merchandize to our address for us to send you back a new one.

You can use the link "Register" in the top right menu to register yourself up. It will require you to enter details like Email address, password and etc. Email Id is your User Id for masmovies.com.


HOW DO I CHANGE MY PASSWORD?                                                                                           Go Top
After registering yourself please click the "Your Account" link to enter to your personnel page. On your left bottom click the link "Change Password" link if you wish to change your password.

If you forgot your password, you can click the link "Forgot Password". It will mail your password to your Email.
